BVSc or Bachelor of Veterinary Sciences is an undergraduate degree in the medical field that comes up with a duration of 5 years. This course is for all the animal lovers who want to pursue their career in the field of medicine. It deals with the study of medical diagnostics and treatment of diseases of all the animals. BVSc includes training in exotic animal care, disease identification, nutrition, and animal husbandry. In this course, vets give treatment to the animals for their healthy living. The utmost part of their work involves performing surgery in case where internal parts of animals and birds are wounded. This could be due to illness or victims of hunt.
