About AIEED 2021

The All India Entrance Examination for Design refers to a university level examination conducted every year to offer admission to the aspirants for undergraduate and graduate design programs in the Arch College of Design and Business. The AIEED 2021 is scheduled to be conducted in CBT (Computer Based Test/ Online Mode) and is held by the Arch College of Design and Business.

The examination is taken conducted in three stages- Stage I, Stage II, and Stage III. It comprises of two parts, namely:

AIEED Important Dates 2021 

Important dates of the AIEED 2021 exam such as application form, admit card, exam, and the result are listed below. Candidates must go through the dates related to the AIEED exam by mentioned below table:

AIEED Exam Registration Process 2021

AIEED Exam 2021 registration process commences on 15th February 2021. Candidates who want to participate in the exam have to apply for the exam by filling the application form through the official website of AIEED. It is an online process that involves the following steps:

Step 1: Registration

• Visit the official website of AIEED – Click Here
• Click on the Apply Now button. 
• Fill required details.
• Click on the Submit button.
• Get Password and email id to login to the AIEED application form.

Step 2: Fill AIEED online application form 2021

• Re-login using unique AIEED ID
• Fill in all the details
• Choosing AIEED courses
• Click Save & Next.

Step 4: Upload Documents

• Upload the scanned photograph (3.5 cm X 4.5 cm, 1 MB).
• Upload the scanned signature (3.5 cm X 1.5 cm, 1 MB).
• Upload scanned 10th, 12th, and graduation mark sheet.

Step 3: Fee Payment

• After clicking Save & Next, the fee payment page will be redirected.
• Choose payment mode (Net Banking, Credit card, and Debit Card).
• Click Proceed to pay.

Step 5: Final Submission

• After completing all the steps mentioned above candidates will have to do the final submission of the AIEED application form.
• Don’t forget to download the filled-in application form.

AIEED Exam Eligibility 2021

Before beginning to fill the application form for the AIEED 2021, it is suggested that the candidates should go through the following eligibility criteria to avoid the rejection or cancellation of the application form in the future. The ARCH Academy of Design set the eligibility criteria for the students:

Eligibility Criteria for Undergraduate Courses

• A candidate seeking admission for the undergraduate courses must have passed class 10+2 or equivalent in a relevant stream from a CBSE, ICSE, IB, State Board, NIOS, or equivalent as per UGC Guideline.
• Those candidates who clear the first round of NID, NIFT, or NATA are eligible to apply for the examination. They can also apply directly for the Interaction and Portfolio round.
• The candidate who is in class 11 is also eligible to give the AIEED 2021. The candidates who have qualified for this examination are eligible for direct admission in the current academic year only if they clear the third and the last stage of the exam. 
• The candidates who have cleared the PTE Exam (Academics) within one year of the courses are eligible to give the AIEED 2021.

• Graduates or students that are still pursuing graduation in any discipline from any recognized board can apply for this examination.

Q1. When can we expect to get the AIEED Admit Card?

A1. Candidates can download their AIEED 2021 admit card a few days before the day of the examination. Candidates can access their admit card with the use of an Email ID/control number & Password.

Q2. What is the size for the online submission of the photograph?

A2. The photograph of the candidate must be in the passport size upto 1 MB and jpg/jpeg format only.

Q3. What are the parameters of selection?

A3. The AIEED 2021 Selection Procedure involves several different parameters for the final selection of candidates for the AIEED 2021. These can be explained, such as the AIEED 2017 exam result (NATA Score), any other performances in the education field in the recent past, performance in the interview, and the portfolio.

Q4. What is the portfolio?
A4. The portfolio is a set of your previous creative work done by the candidate that includes previous work such as illustrations, photographs, sketches, essays, prose, films, slideshows, and many more. All these things help to know the candidate’s skills and abilities.

Q5. How do NRI/Foreign Nationals apply for the AIEED 2021?

A5. NRI and Foreign National candidates are supposed to submit certain documents along with the application form. These documents are:

• An attested copy of a few relevant pages of the candidate’s passport.
• A certificate issued by the concerned Embassy, which validates the candidate’s educational qualifications.
• The candidate should attest to the copy that indicates the candidate's nationality. 
• NRI/Foreign Nationals cannot pay online. They can only make the application fee payment through a Demand Draft (DD). A Demand Draft of $75 is supposed to be submitted for “ARCH Educational Society” that is supposed to be paid at Jaipur. You must send it to the ARCH office as mentioned.
